February yoga playlist
Just a quick post to share this month's playlist.
This playlist is energizing without being too upbeat. In my C2 class the theme this month is DEVOTION. We're devoting ourselves to the poses. Taking slower, powerful movements that build strength and help us explore the intricacies of our shoulders, hamstrings and core to work into forearm stand.
