This is one of the playlists I use in my classes. It's kind of all over the place, which is how I like it. From sad to upbeat to funky cover songs, there's always something in this playlist that accurately reflects my mood on the mat. (OK, but maybe this one skews a little more on the sad side? Slow, yoga-like songs tend to be sad or about love.)
