{Recipe} Ginger-Tamari Freekeh Stir-Fry (+ Giveaway!)

My schedule has been full the last few weeks but I've also been overwhelmed with gratitude. It's hectic, but I'm doing what I love and am more content than stressed.

That being said, cooking and house projects haven't been a priority as of late. This meal was perfect because it took about 25 minutes from start to finish to prepare. It's the first time we've tried Freekeh and we both liked it!

A yoga playlist for every mood

This is one of the playlists I use in my classes. It's kind of all over the place, which is how I like it. From sad to upbeat to funky cover songs, there's always something in this playlist that accurately reflects my mood on the mat. (OK, but maybe this one skews a little more on the sad side? Slow, yoga-like songs tend to be sad or about love.)
